Alongside our partners, we run webinars for young women that help to shine a light on different industries and routes into work. We also provide speakers from among our network of young women that can speak at our partners’ events and meetings, helping their team to understand the issues that young women face.

Earlier this year, over 200 Cisco staff heard from three young women involved in our work, who shared data and insights into the issues young women are facing today. We believe that we can learn from each other and build meaningful partnerships that benefit young women and the workplaces they occupy.
