Communicating well at work
Date Thursday 30 June
Time 6pm to 7pm
Do you ever feel confused or awkward when you are trying to communicate at work, perhaps when giving feedback or speaking to your manager about some problems you are experiencing? Do you sometimes avoid bringing certain things up because you are not sure how best to do it and are worried you might make things worse?
Every workplace and situation is different, so there is no one-size fits all answer but there are useful approaches and principles that can help. Join coach Carole for this online event where we will explore this topic, share our tips and techniques, and gather the tools to help you navigate these conversations.

Are you keen to move your career forward but don’t feel you have the right skills? It can feel like you are stuck in a loop: you need to get a job to get the skills, but how do you get a job in the first place without the skills?
In this webinar, we’ll explore transferable skills, what they are, why they can make a difference when you apply for jobs and how to develop them.
