Work It Out is a free service that offers support for women aged 18 to 30. It aims to unlock your potential by building skills, strong mental health and opening up opportunities for your future. There are 2 parts to Work It Out: coaching and job application feedback.
You can choose to sign up for coaching, or help with your CV and job applications, or both. There’s nothing to pay, it’s totally free. You can have up to 6 free coaching sessions over the phone, WhatsApp or email at a time that works for you. A translation service is available for coaching calls.
Our coaches can help with anything from interview preparation to identifying your skills and planning your next steps in life.
Conversations between you and your coach are flexible – they can be arranged during the day, in the evenings or at weekends – and are totally confidential.
