Finding Work Without a Degree is specifically designed to help young women with no degree feel more prepared and confident about finding a job.

Navigating Work as Women of Colour is designed by and for young women of colour tackling bias, microaggressions, and workplace confidence.

Finding Work Without a Degree: September 2026
  • During this programme you will connect with other young women and experts to help you figure out the next steps with your job search.
  • This programme is only open to young women who do not have a Degree or Masters and are not currently at university. 
  • This programme runs every Thursday for 3 weeks from 12pm to 2pm – Thursday 10th, 17th + 26th September 2026.

Navigating Work as Women of Colour: October 2026
  • During this programme - designed and led by and for women of colour - you will build solidarity, share strategies, and find fresh ways of navigating work.
  • This programme runs every Thursday for 3 weeks from 12pm to 2pm – Thursday 8th, 15th + 26th October 2026.
