Communicating effectively at work

Chairing meetings, raising concerns or discussing progression can be challenging conversations, and ones we’re never really taught how to approach. Knowing how to communicate is essential to thriving in the workplace, and having these conversations shouldn’t have to feel overwhelming. Every workplace is different, but there are helpful ways to speak up with confidence. Join us and Kérastase as we share easy, practical tips and tools to help you communicate better at work and feel more comfortable using your voice.

How to make LinkedIn work for you

Want to stand out to employers and connect with the right people on LinkedIn? Join top recruiters from Venn Group for a friendly, practical webinar designed to help you feel confident using LinkedIn to support your career. Whether you’re starting from scratch or want to improve your profile, we’ll guide you step by step.

No previous LinkedIn experience is required, although you may wish to create an account before the session if you don’t already have one. The webinar will until 1pm, followed by optional small breakout groups until 1:30pm where you can dive deeper, ask questions, and share tips with a recruiter and other young women.

Building confidence at work

Ever held back from sharing an idea or doubted yourself at work? You’re not alone.

Join Coach Claire for an honest conversation about what confidence really means (it’s not about being loud or having it all figured out). We’ll explore how confidence is something you build over time, practical tips to help you overcome self-doubt and how to build confidence in a way that feels right to you. We will hear insights and advice from women at Kérastase from different backgrounds and at different stages of their careers.

Coaching

Coaching is a series of conversations where a coach asks questions to help you think about different parts of your life. Young women have described coaching as something which helped them think through their next steps and make a plan.
