Salary: Voluntary – unremunerated, with reasonable expenses paid, including accommodation and childcare
Hours: 1 day per month, including 4 board meetings per year and 1 away day
Location: Board meetings are held in London

This is an exciting time to join our Board and work with our brilliant Chair, Emma Norris, Director of Policy and Politics at IPPR, to help us continue to go from strength to strength.
We are looking for Trustees who want to champion young women, who have a real commitment to our strategy, prior experience of being a charity trustee and the time to commit to the role.
Successful candidates will also have at least one of the following:
- Current or previous experience of being a CEO of a campaigning charity, with expertise in social change as well as charity leadership
- A commercial background, with deep expertise in the employer landscape
- Expertise in politics and strong political networks
People of all genders, ages and backgrounds are welcome on our Board.
