Our partners

Batiste Logo in Light BlueLaunched in 2025, our partnership with Batiste is built on a shared commitment to championing and elevating young women’s voices.

Together, we’ve delivered collaborative digital campaigns, engaging content and empowering wellbeing events, creating meaningful opportunities to amplify young women’s experiences and drive awareness of the barriers they face at work.

Batiste colleagues have embraced the partnership wholeheartedly, from running the Marathon in support of Young Women’s Trust to volunteering their time through our CV feedback service. This holistic approach demonstrates how corporate partnerships can combine fundraising, employee engagement and advocacy to create lasting impact.

Batiste’s generous support enables us to direct funding where it is needed most, ensuring young women can access the support, confidence and opportunities they need to thrive.

The DEMAIN foundation remains one of our most valuable partners. Through Sezane product sales, we use funding where it is most needed for the benefit of young woman. DEMAIN’s confidence in our mission enables us to move the dial on gender inequality in work and remain bold and dynamic to the changes needed to create an equal world of work.

Our multifaceted partnership with Deloitte has been developing innovative new projects and supporting young women into jobs since 2022. With their support we innovated, piloted and rolled out our Workshop Series, all with the aim of creating community and connection between young women with shared experiences. Since this pilot they have continued to provide vital funding for our vision and bolstered this through incredible initiatives driven by their Gender Balance Network across the UK.

Deloitte have been instrumental in supporting our CV feedback service and webinar series’ by volunteering their time and expertise, as well as fundraising through Carol Services, Marathons, Raffles, Give an Hour Appeals, and more.

Our long-term partnership with Estée Lauder Companies UK and Ireland started in 2021. Their support continues to bolster our free coaching and CV feedback services, which are vital in supporting young women to unlock their true potential and thrive in the world of work.

In addition to their funding, colleagues at Estee Lauder Companies have come together to foster community and encourage peer support through events such as EquiTeas. Their GenX network have had the opportunity to meet with fellow young woman, to share support and advise. We know how crucial this is, not just for peer connection but to showcase new career paths, sector and opportunities, as well as sharing the realities of many young women in work.

Mars Wrigley has shown a deep commitment to our cause since 2023. Not only do we continue to raise awareness for the experiences and realities that young women are faced with, in partnership with Galaxy. But they have backed our campaigns and calls for action in Parliament, through event sponsorship and research funding.

Our collaborative campaigning continues to put young woman’s voices at the heart of its mission, encouraging them to be bold and courageous whilst also demonstrating the inequalities they continue to face.

This year we launched the ‘Unhumble Project’, a campaign set out to encourage more women to celebrate their wins. No matter how big or small they may seem. With research delivered by Young Women’s Trusts’ research centre, we unpicked how women in the UK think, feel and act when it comes to celebrating their achievements, and how social and environmental factors shape these attitudes and behaviours.

Commencing in 2025, our multi-year partnership with Kérastase is enabling us to reach even more young women through a programme of bespoke webinars and in-person events.

Kérastase’s PowerTalks initiative aligns seamlessly with Young Women’s Trust’s mission to support young women to build their confidence, navigate workplace challenges and unlock their potential. Together, we are creating engaging and empowering spaces where young women can learn from relatable role models, gain practical tools, and feel supported in their career journeys.

We’ve delivered engaging events and interactive workshops that bring young women together with industry professionals to share experiences, insights and practical advice. These sessions create space for honest conversations around workplace challenges, from overcoming self-doubt to building confidence and navigating career progression.
