Our coaching is free and available for women aged 18 to 30 living in England or Wales, who earn under £40,000 and do not have a Master's degree (and are not currently studying for one). Our coaches can help with anything from interview preparation to identifying your skills and planning your next steps in life.

The Workshop Series is an online group programme of consecutive workshops, where young women aged 18-30 facing a similar work-related challenge can connect and support each other.

Through our partnership with Galaxy who are funding our free coaching service, we can deliver vital support to young women. Thousands of young women use our coaching service each year and with Galaxy’s help we’ll be supporting them to thrive.
