Take action
From the moment young women start their careers, they’re at a disadvantage. Underpaid, harrassed, discriminated against and held back. It doesn't have to be this way. Together we can create an equal world of work and raise young women’s incomes.

Our impact
Last year we supported over 5,000 young women. 82% of the young women we coached said their confidence and self-belief improved. Over half increased their incomes after our coaching and job application feedback.
22000
We have supported over 22,000 young women with coaching and job application feedback since 2014.
10000
We have built a community of more than 10,000 young women and people of marginalised genders and given them opportunities to have their say.
Talking to my coach helped me gain clarity about what I wanted to do, and it gave me a lot of confidence.
