At Young Women’s Trust we are very concerned that there are over 1 million young women across the country struggling because they are out of work or trapped in a low paid job.

Our vision is that all young women should have the opportunity to work and thrive.

Our mission is to support young women aged 18-30, especially those struggling to live on low or no pay, to get into work that is right for them.

Work It Out - Coaching is a free service for young women aiming to help them feel more confident and ready for work. You can find out more about the service here.

The current coaches are all sessional but due to demand from young women, we are now at an exciting stage where we are looking to recruit two full time ‘in-house’ coaches who work as Young Women’s Trust staff members. This is a new post and the initial contract will be fixed term for one year – there is a possibility that this will be extended or become a permanent position. This is a largely home based role with some time at YWT’s office in London.

If you have experience coaching young people using a solution focused approach we would love to hear from you. We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals who have a background in working with vulnerable client groups.
