We’re seeking a keen Grants Officer to help us achieve economic justice for young women.

With our new Chief Executive, we are developing exciting and ambitious plans to increase our scale and impact. To support this growth we are expanding our fundraising team with this new role. A role that will be instrumental in supporting our Grants Manager to grow our funding from Trusts, Foundations and Statutory sources.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in Trusts, Foundations or Statutory fundraising, and who enjoys building relationships with donors. It’s an opportunity to take on a broad role, with scope for you to shape the way we cultivate and steward our donors.

You will have excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to craft compelling and persuasive written communications such as proposals and reports. You will have a passion for fundraising and an interest in creating meaningful communications for our grant givers, ensuring they feel valued and engaged in the work we do. You will have a ‘can-do’ attitude, a keenness to learn and be motivated by joining a small but energetic fundraising team who are passionate about achieving economic justice for all young women.
