Young Women's Movement Builder

Angel, London
£38,772 per annum
Working hours:
Full time, 1 year fixed term contract (flexible working available)
Closing Date:

We are looking for an experienced activist and movement builder, who can design and implement grassroots activism to put young women at the heart of community action for change across England and Wales.

Working with our Participation team, the Movement Builder will be at the heart of our exciting transformation programme to increase the power of young women to implement a manifesto for equality at local, regional and national levels.

At a time when our research shows most young women have lost faith in politicians and clearly identify sexism as a major problem in the UK, it has never been more important for young women to stand together and be the change they want to see in the world.

We are seeking a tireless advocate and mobiliser with an understanding of multiple and intersecting forms of discrimination to build an inclusive movement that recognises young women’s resourcefulness, creativity and courage.

It’s time to #TrustInWomen to make real change. If you want to be a key player in this exciting movement we would love to hear from you.
