Young Women's Trust is in an ambitious new phase, looking to grow its scope and influence in order to campaign for economic justice for all young women and support one million young women currently living on low or no pay. 

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to develop our organisational operations to ensure that YWT achieves its short and long term transformation objectives as part of our refreshed vision and mission.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and proven success in building high-energy, cross-functional teams; able to drive excellence in strategic planning, governance, financial management and HR, and proven management ability, with experience of developing and implementing procedures and policies.
