At Young Women's Trust we listen to your views and experiences and support you in being seen and heard where it matters. We work together to build a collective and powerful voice for all disadvantaged young women in order to challenge discrimination and to improve your lifelong opportunities.

We are particularly keen to hear from young women who have current or very recent experience of the following:
- Few or no formal qualifications
- NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) aged 16-24
- Long-term unemployment (aged 25-30)
- In and out of low-paid employment
